Kree - I have been pretty stable lately...not totally stable, but much better than a couple of months ago. The recipe is for Meatball Minestrone...looks really yummy - it calls for 1 Tbsp and 1/2 cup red wine. It also have a 14.5 oz can of cut tomatoes in it. Those are all the acid triggering ingrediants in the recipe. I actually have stomach ulcers too, so I am not sure if I am ready to go for the tomatoes yet. I have an appt with a new GI dr next month, maybe I will just wait and see if he says I am ready for acid causing stuff yet. BTW - what do you take for your acid reflux? They have me on Prevacid twice a day, which is twice the maximum dose.
