...I can't for the life of me find the post. Feel free to tell me if I've been blind.

So: I've tried making the ADBs several times, and the first couple times they tasted great. Then I was struck with The Curse. All the batches of ADBs I've tried recently turn out crispy at the edges and like chocolate soup in the middle. Not really edible. Any suggestions? I bake them for ~25 minutes before I check them, at the right temp, etc. Do you think it might be that I'm using a glass pan? So confused - usually baking is the part of cooking that I'm good at!
