You know what? I realized when I was eating these that I've never really liked corn dogs that much.

They turned out OK. I didn't follow the recipe exactly -- I wanted more batter so I made approx 1.5 times what it was. Sort of. End measurements were approx:

2 1/4 C flour
1 1/2 C cornmeal
4 1/2 T sugar
1 T baking powder
1/2 t salt
3/4 c soy milk (not ff 'cause my ff stuff was vanilla)
4 egg whites
4 T light margarine (Blue Bonnet light, stick kind)
4 Ballpark turkey dogs

I cut up the hot dogs in pieces and rolled them in batter to make them like corn dog nuggets. I got lazy though and slathered them in way too much batter to get rid of it quicker. This was a mistake -- with that much batter, I should've used all 8 hot dogs. They weren't bad.

Oh, and I didn't use the food processor. I mixed all the dry ingredients together. Then I plopped the softened margarine on top and used two knives to cut it in (like biscuit dough). Once that was crumbly, I poured in the milk and egg whites and mixed that together.
