I have made this before. I don't remember putting in spinach exactly. Maybe I did all napa cabbage. Napa cabbage does not bother me but I do not eat regular cabbage much at all. Skins and wrappers are all safe I believe. I can't think of anything unsafe they could have in them(keep in mind if you order something at a restaurant it might be deep fried. I ordered "spring rolls" one time and they were deep fried -not "fresh" spring rolls!). Oh I guess watch for egg yolk but I don't think I have ever seen that. Anyway these are low in fat and contain no egg yolks, meat (left out), dairy, alcohol etc. I would of course eat them with rice, how could you not? But yes, garlic and some veggies are bothersome to newbies!
