subst. oil       09/18/03 10:58 AM Edit Reply Quote BarbaraS Reged: 02/12/03 Posts: 1939 Loc: Wisconsin I have a recipe a neighbor gave me for Zucchini bread and it calls for 1 cup of oil (yikes!). her bread is really good, but I like to use 1/2Cup of applesauce and 1/2 Cup of rice milk in place of oil.
