Take a storebought mix of cornbread (if these can be found that are safe. if not just disregard the recipe or mix in with your favorite cornbread recipe) and add 1 can Mexican corn drained of all but 2T of the juice and 2 egg whites or 1/4c egg beaters. Mix and bake about 25 min or to package directions.
