Kree, question about freezing herbs? (m)       08/30/05 05:15 PM Edit Reply Quote Sand Reged: 12/13/04 Posts: 4490 Loc: West Orange, NJ (IBS-D) So if you just freeze them without putting them in water, does that mean you can use them in uncooked dishes, like putting thawed cilantro in guacamole and thawed basil in Heather's Italian Lemon Tuna Sandwiches? Also, do you freeze the herbs as whole leaves or already chopped? We've got a bumper crop of cilantro and parsley (although Joe is going to try his hand at pesto for himself) and I'd love to save some.
