I had one once before, it looks and tastes like chicken. they are over $20 a pound at the co-op/HFS. I have found some recipes for them but am not sure what I want to do with it. It is probably 3-4 pounds. I would get big money selling it at the co-op but I'm not sure if they buy from just anybody.
