Seriously, though, since the strawberries are pureed and mixed with the apples, I'm sure it would be safe. I used to drink a lot of strawberry-banana smoothies and I was fine with them as long as the banana was green. Even on an empty stomach. If you're unsure about a certain food, eat it for dinner on Friday night. That way you have all weekend to recover.
