I have a fab alfredo recipe that I haven't had since starting the diet because of the parmesan cheese. I like tofutti cream cheese and haven't tried other brands since I found it. I am very picky about soy milk. I have tried most brands only to take one swig and gag. I finally found one that is actually almost like milk. The funny thing is, after all that searching, the soy milk I found is the "Great Value vanilla soy" at walmart. Thanks again for your help, Chantel Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
