I love cooking orzo...adding a little olive oil, a bunch of shrimp and spinach. The heat from the orzo will wilt the spinach...that with a little parmesan (which ever you can tolerate) makes for one yummy meal! -------------------- Have a blessed day!...Rachel stable and sooooooo thankful!
