It was really good, but also ... weird. I think that in my mind graham crackers and strawberries just don't go together. It tasted good, just disorientingly good. I didn't have any regular soy milk on hand after all, so I ended up having to use strawberry soy milk instead. Other than that no modifications. I used a 9x5 loaf pan. Also I forgot what a pain it is to crush graham crackers! (I know you can buy them pre-crushed, but they're expensive.) I still have crumbs all over the floor.
