I do fine with either my homemade meat sauce (I use ground turkey) or with Ragu 7-Herb Tomato sauce. Whether you can manage these traditional red sauces pretty much depends on whether you can tolerate tomatoes, onions, and garlic. My advice would be to try a tiny bit of sauce on a lot of pasta to start and see how you do.

I haven't posted my recipe yet, but here's one that has similar ingredients and is almost (not quite ) as good. There are other pasta sauces in the recipe index, too.
