I made Sharon Mello's Chocolate Zuchinni Cake It was really good. I used a regular 13x9 pan instead of a bundt pan and it cut the time way down for baking. It only took 1/2 hour in my oven. It is very dense this way and I still made a frosting for it although it is very moist and wouldn't need it! It is a great thing to make if you are getting lots of zuchinni in your garden right now!!! Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
