Don't remember if I posted this or not but it is a favorite of mine that I use to make pre-IBS and then adapted it.

1 pound of ground turkey
1 can of Reduced fat Pillbury Crescant roll
1/2 cup of Tofutti sour cream
1 cup of soy, rice or Smart Balance Light chedder cheese
1 cup of crushed baked tostitos
1 packet of taco seasoning or whatever you use to flavor your meat.
1 cup of salsa

1. Spray pie pan with Pam and unroll crescant roll and spread evenly in pie pan. Let it sit out for 5 minutes. It spreads easier.

2. Bake in oven at 375 for about 5 minutes.
3. Cook ground turkey and add seasoning during this time.
4. Add ground turkey to the cresant roll, then add some crushed Tostitos, then add your salsa, sour cream, cheese and then finally top it off with the rest of the crushed baked tostitos.

5. Bake the rest of it at 375 for about 20 minutes or until crust is done.

6. Serve with more salsa and chips.

I add some black olives to the top of it as well. I also made this with half real cheese for hubby. I just sectioned off the pie with toothpicks so I knew which side was mine. It is really good and easy to make.
