I can't believe the rabbits in my garden didn't eat all my green beans. Here is a recipe I came up with for them. (not the rabbits!)

Steam about 12oz beans until tender-crisp and remove from pan and set aside. I don't think it is necessary to run them under cold water.
In a dry small saute pan lightly toast a couple tablespoons sliced almonds and remove from pan. In a cup mix 1 spoon minced garlic, 1t lemon zest, 1t lemon juice, 1T minced fresh parsley peferrably flat leaf and salt and pepper. Put the green beans into the saute pan and heat with a little extra virgin olive oil. Put on the lemon mixture (gremolata) and mix well. When heated, top with almonds and salt.

"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
