Kree's Peking Burgers

I made Kree's Peking Chicken Burgers. These are wonderful! They seem as "rich" as beef burgers, if that makes sense. I used ground turkey and did add the scallions. We ate them on plain hamburger buns with just a little bit of ketchup. Perfect!

I did have one problem - well, my husband, the designated griller did. The patties had very little structural integrity. He thinks I needed to make them fatter (I hate fat burgers ). I wondered if it was because I used Panko Japanese Style Bread Crumbs - maybe the patties would have held together better if I used more traditional style bread crumbs (all of which have dairy and/or HFCS ).

These burgers are going to be a summer staple regardless - they're so yummy - but it would be nice to know how to make them easier to handle. Any thoughts?
