Parmesan Chicken Cutlets

Hi everybody - here's a quick, easy and delicious chicken recipe:

(4 serv., 3 WW pts per serv)

1/4 c grated soy parmesan cheese
2 tbsp italian style breadcrumbs
1/8 tsp paprika
4 - 4 oz. skinless boneless chicken breasts

1. Preheat oven to 400. In resealable plastic bag, combine cheese, crumbs and paprika. Shake well.

2. Transfer mixture to plate, dip each chicken breast in cheese mixture, turning to coat all sides. Arrange on non stick baking sheet. Bake until chicken is cooked through, about 20-25 min.

Nutritional info: 161 cal, 3 g fat (less if using soy cheese), 0 g fiber.
