I hate waiting for the bread to bake and then I have to clean up the pan and start over. I hate cleaning up my messes so then it takes me a while to get back to them. The bread has scared me away just because of the amount of applesauce. I think I have enough now to make it so I will have to. BTW my mom bought me a cookbook holder with a clear splash guard for Christmas last year. It has helped but you should see the clear splash guard. I have the hardest time cleaning it.
