I JUST found out that we were asked to bring "finger foods"....to the picnic portion of the reunion…… any ideas?? Only needs to feed....20-25 people I THINK.
I have a hair appointment Thursday that will get me home LATE...so baking is out of question I think. We are leaving Friday after work for Shane's 20th class reunion. We are staying at a hotel Friday night that is about 4-1/2 hours from home and then finishing the rest of the 2 hour drive Saturday morning to Shane's Dad's house where we are staying. We will only have about 1-1/2 from the time we arrive to the time we need to leave for the picnic.
I can take a VERY small cooler (we are taking the convertible that does not have much room) to keep any ingredients cold while we travel.
