I found a mix that didn't have milk in it and it was just Safeway brand, which is what I normally buy, but for some reason bought the Betty Crocker one awhile back. Being lactose intolerant isn't very fun. I notice that 1/2 the time I can tolerate a smidge of my soy cheese and other times wish I would have steered clear from it. Anyways, I made it with frozen (half way thawed) mangoes which you can find at Fred Meyer and Alberston's. It is a dessert I think I will make for my friends birthday coming up in a few months time.
