I haven't tried it. It looks yummy, but - how easy do you want it to be? This one requires you to roast your veggies in oil, add flavorings and dried mushrooms, and simmer for at least an hour. I'll be glad to post it if you want it. Or anyone else, for that matter. The recipe I have is similar in concept to this one I found using Google.
