Hello there. I am really on a roll with baking desserts from your book and have picked the Spiced Rum Strawberry Angel Food Shortcakes. The strawberries that I have seen so far (at the stores) have been a bit rubish and so I saw that we could sub. with Mangoes. Does it have to be fresh or can they be frozen? I know with strawberries, they get a bit squishy when they thaw. Before I head to the store I thought I would ask the important questions. I also noticed that my angel food cake mix contains nonfat milk. Do you think that will be a problem? Why does everything have to contain milk!

PS I made your zuchinni bread which was a huge hit with my grandma, who takes a fozen piece out the night before and has it for her brekkie.
