Avacado rice and beans       06/28/05 04:55 PM Edit Reply Quote Snow for Sarala Reged: 03/12/03 Posts: 5430 Loc: West Coast, USA I use the avocado as a "sauce" or "dressing" I either slice the avocado OR I mash it and mix it in with the rice and beans. I make brown rice (it is safe for me), mashed beans and add a bit of avacado on top. If you like tamari sauce or soy sauce, it goes well with this dish.
