I looked through EFI and you're pretty much right - this recipe and a handful of others appear to be the only ones that don't have SF in the recipe and don't have a recommendation from Heather for an SF to eat with them. Could just be typos - mental or printer's - or maybe by the time we get to those recipes we're supposed to know on our own to add SF. Or maybe LittleMinnie is right and wheat berries are something else in this country. Hopefully Heather will chime in on this one.
