Re: Basic Roasted Beets       06/10/05 10:56 PM Edit Reply Quote retrograde Reged: 04/15/04 Posts: 1569 Roasted beets are *the best* I personally love the taste of beets just by themselves - they have a ridiculous amout of flavour on their own, so sweet and tasty. So I eat them like that a lot (a lot, lol). Also good just tossed with a little bit of vinegar (any kind, like balsamic or red wine or some of the flavoured kinds) or lemon juice and some herbs.
