Chicken Pot Pie - loved it!       03/03/03 08:27 PM Edit Reply Quote KinOz Reged: 02/02/03 Posts: 909 Loc: Brisbane, Australia I made this for my family on the weekend and it was a winner! I have never made my own pastry crust before so was very proud of the results. (Even though I had to use a glass for a rolling pin which I don't own!!!!!) We had some leftover which I reheated for my dinner the following night and it still tasted good. I thought the crust would go all soggy but it was fine. If you haven't tried it yet, you should.
