one note- nonstick!       05/31/05 10:51 AM Edit Reply Quote khyricat Reged: 08/05/04 Posts: 3612 Loc: Michigan I have never succesfully used a non stick pan- I miss my old one... it works wonderfully for other types of cakes, but for angel food and sponge cakes which hang upside down- they tend to fall out of the nonstick ones (at least in my experience!) its a bit more to clean up a more traditional pan, but no issues with the cake not staying put while cooling! -------------------- Dietetics Student (anticipating RD exam in Aug 2010) IBS - A Dairy Allergic Fructose and MSG intollerant Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
