So I made Kree's Lemon Meringue Pie sorta....I made the crust from Heather's 5-minute Pumpkin Pie (LF graham cracker) and made the filling from the Lemon Meringue Pie with key lime juice instead, and with no meringue....to me, it tastes kinda like not very sweet lime jello, not a huge fan (I only had a bit, Mac was eating the first piece for breakfast this morning)...he thought it was ok, but not great either....chalk one up to experimentation.
Oh, and the reason I can't do the key lime pie recipe on the boards is it has tofu in it, and I can't have soy stuff.
