If you want to get really technical, it's still a little high in fat for IBS diet guidelines - my math is a little sketchy, but I think it came out to about 32% calories from fat. However, that's still not TOO bad as long as a person doesn't go crazy and eats a low-fat diet over all. I think they sound pretty tasty! Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
