Making muffins is mor time consuming. I use 1/4 c Oat Bran in 1 c cold water. Microwave about 2 mins. then add about 3/4 c stewed fruit. Sprinkle with flax seed. This makes a large bowl of cereal and is very filling and quick. I proceed that with a glass of hot lemon water, then a glass of hot lemon water with acasia. Have to agree with Justin.
