Well first of all before I look for any recipes, strawberries freeze well. Put in a single layer on cookie sheets and freeze for a few hours then throw in freezer bags. they will separate out for using in smoothies and just eating or putting on ice cream etc. I froze several bags after picking at a farm last year.
