Ok, so I just made some sweet cinnamon zucchini bread (one of my faves), actually made them in muffin form. I made them for a road trip, I leave tomorrow morning early. My husband is out of town and won't be back until late Friday night, and I want him to be able to try it since I ate it all last time.

So do I....keep it in an airtight container? Stick it in the fridge? Freeze it? Help!!!

If just until Friday.... and airtight container at room temp should be just fine... much past Friday I would freeze them.
