Storing freshly baked bread

Ok, so I just made some sweet cinnamon zucchini bread (one of my faves), actually made them in muffin form. I made them for a road trip, I leave tomorrow morning early. My husband is out of town and won't be back until late Friday night, and I want him to be able to try it since I ate it all last time.

So do I....keep it in an airtight container? Stick it in the fridge? Freeze it? Help!!!
