Storing freshly baked bread       05/18/05 03:28 PM Edit Reply Quote epa_ginger Reged: 02/23/05 Posts: 1158 Loc: Chicago, IL Ok, so I just made some sweet cinnamon zucchini bread (one of my faves), actually made them in muffin form. I made them for a road trip, I leave tomorrow morning early. My husband is out of town and won't be back until late Friday night, and I want him to be able to try it since I ate it all last time.
