Make crust with crushed graham crackers and a little oil(2 tbs)fruit and sugar like usual and crumbs on top. mix a little cinnamon and sugar for flavored crumb. muffins and cake: sub dairy for suy or rice produce and reduce oil or replace with apple sauce. ex:make preserves or sauce to serve on angel food cake. hope this helps Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
