Re: For those having trouble getting their protein in       05/07/05 09:03 PM Edit Reply Quote Kandee Reged: 05/22/03 Posts: 3206 Loc: USA, Southern California Hey Jules, I do just about the same thing, similar recipe only without soy (rice or almond milk instead) and some Acacia... and I use quite a few ice cubes in a high speed blender. I drink it about 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. before morning aerobics..then when I get home, like you, tank up on carbs. Works wonders for me too. Shell, I don't know why this wouldn't work keeping it in a thermos, except what I would do would be to use alt. milk ice cubes so it didn't get to watered down and then shake it good before you drink it.
