sunday morning fry up :O) ibs style       08/18/03 12:49 PM Edit Reply Quote jenz Reged: 05/09/03 Posts: 60 Loc: Uk hello folkes just thought i would share my english ibs brekky with you - my dad came up to stay and said oh jen do us a fry up - i was like ok hold on i want to eat this too - so off i went..... BRekky was as follow - turkey rashons instead of bacon,quorn sausages instead of normal ones,home made hash browns or potato cakes,heinz baked beans (little for me as i can cope better with heinz) and dry fried mushrooms. i added fried eggs for my dad but i stay clear of them at the moment.
