Oat Matzo!       05/02/05 08:37 AM Edit Reply Quote Snow for Sarala Reged: 03/12/03 Posts: 5430 Loc: West Coast, USA I'm sure you don't want any...but I just had some on Passover and it rocked! I would love to have oatmeal pancakes! unfortunately most oatmeal is contaminated with gluten. This guy in England has an oat farm and he keeps the oats gluten free! I'm thinking about finding out if he would sell me oat flour. mmmmmm...oat pancakes.
