I need something to use up all my Oatmeal...       05/01/05 10:39 PM Edit Reply Quote e_mcmaster Reged: 01/16/05 Posts: 520 Loc: Norman, Oklahoma I'm thinking some kind of bread. I looked in the recipe archive and was hoping for something for the breadmaker. Does anyone know if I could substitute pureed oatmeal (oat flour) for regular flour in a bread machine? Or does anyone have any favorite recipes to utilize all this oatmeal?
