This may be a long shot, but is there anything one can add to or do to commercial pasta sauce to make it less acidic?

I've got a pizza casserole recipe and I think I've figure out what to sub for the cheese (Galaxy shreds) and the ground beef (Morningstar Farms crumbles), but I'm at a loss for the pasta sauce, other than to use less of it. (I have a jar of Barilla brand.) Thanks!
