Duncan Hines regular cake mixes are dairy-free. The problem is that you can't just make it as the box says - it ends up too high in fat, which is an IBS trigger. Replace the eggs with egg whites or EggBeaters. Replace at least half the oil with applesauce (personally, I replace ALL of the oil... the cake is a little more dense, but I like it). You might also want to try mashing up the strawberries a bit, and folding them into the finished batter gently. Berries are insoluble fiber and if you're not stable yet, they can be as tricky as any of the others. Mashing them would make them a little easier to handle than whole berries. Good luck!
