if you can tolerate some juice (I can in this for some reason) and some tomato, this works well:
sautee onion, garlic in orange juice add well cooked beans (canned and drained or cook yourself)- typically I use pintos or kidneys), some cilantro, some basil, and chili powder to taste... pinch of saltand a can of tomato paste, simmer for about 15-20 minutes
puree in a blender or mash with a potato masher.. serve with chips, tortillas, arrot sticks, anything... YUMMY!
