Let me tell you- I just had my first colonoscopy on Monday. For my prep they had me drink 255g Miralax and 4 Dulcolax with 64 oz. of Gatorade. Bad idea. My stomach was so upset the entire night because I kept drinking the Gatorade on an empty stomach! Luckily, what I had successfully kept down worked well enough and I was okay for the test. Everyone is different- I can have dairy, but not Gatorade apparently. I think it is all a matter of trial and error.
