I think this might be the one you're referring to. I love it, and at 4 points for the entire pie, it's guiltless! Crustless Pumpkin Pie 1 15 oz. can pumpkin 1/2 cup eggbeaters 1 1/2 cup skim milk 3/4 cup Splenda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 to 1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice Beat til smooth. Put in pie pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Then at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. (til knife inserted in center comes out clean). Serve with FF Cool Whip. Delicious! Only 4 points for entire pie. Here is another one. (I haven't tried this.) Pumpkin Fluff 1 lb. can pumpkin 2 small pkgs. ff instant pudding mix (such as choc. fudge) 1 cup skim milk Mix together and chill. 4 servings at 1 pt each. Hope this helps!
