soft peaks with egg whites       08/08/03 08:39 PM Edit Reply Quote katherine27 Reged: 08/02/03 Posts: 8 Loc: Toronto, Ontario, Canada Hi, I'm trying to make the chocolate cookies in the recipe book but I'm having one problem. I can't get the egg whites to form soft peaks when I beat them. I've tried to beat them with a hand beater and an electric mixer and nothing! Has anyone got any tips? I want some cookies man!
