Hi all - this is a great tasting and easy recipe and we have this a lot.
EASY ASIAN CHICKEN AND NOODLES
8 oz. chicken breast, skinless and boneless 1 tsp dark sesame oil, divided 2 c packaged cabbage and carrot slaw 2 (2.8 oz. ea) pkg chicken flavored ramen noodles 1.5 c water 2 tbsp low salt soy sauce
1. Trim fat from chicken and cut into thin slices. Heat 1/2 tsp oil in large nonstick skillet over med hi heat. Add chicken and stir fry 2 min. Remove chicken from skillet and keep warm. Heat remaining oil inn skillet over med hi head and add slaw and stir fry til wilted. Remove from skillet and keep warm.
2. Remove noodles from pkgs and reserve 1 seasoning packet for another use. Add water and remaining seasoning packet to skillet and bring to boil. Break noodles into 4s and add to water. Cook noodles 2 minutes or until most liquid is absorbed stirring frequently. Stir i chicken, slaw and soy sauce. Cook until cabbage is thoroughly cooked.
Yield 2 serv (serv size 2 c)
