Salmon dinner AND sides--GF AND IBS safe!

Take salmon and cover with a bit of olive oil. then add a bit of lemon juice (fresh lemon please unless lemon juice in a bottle is GF?) and add fresh dill, garlic, whatever spices you like (fresh so it is GF).

Sides:

Your favorite GDF grain! I like brown rice. You can make quinoa if you like. I season it with a bit of thyme, basil, parsley and sea salt. OR use a potato instead of rice/quinoa (I like sweet potatoes best!)

2nd side: Roasted veggies! Squashes, peppers, onion. Cut squashes in half (butternut squash into 8 pieces), onion into quarters...oooh and portabello mushrooms too if you like (don't cut them tho!) Dribble some olive oil and add a dash of sea salt. Put in oven on 375 for 20 mins, turn over for 20 mins and your done!
