Even my DH, who is definitely NOT a sweet potato fan, loved them. I did make them in a casserole and I cooked the sweet potatoes much earlier in the day. It occurs to me that there is no reason why I couldn't put the whole casserole together well before dinner time - even the day before - then just pop it in the oven at dinner time. Oh, and I was making Heather's Herb Chicken Breasts, so I baked the sweet potato casserole at 300 for 40 minutes to go with the chicken - 20 minutes covered, 20 minutes uncovered - and it came out great. -------------------- [Research tells us fourteen out of any ten individuals likes chocolate. - Sandra Boynton] Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
