Canada I'm taking waffles with me...I haven't decided if I am going to make them ahead of time or just take the batter and make them when we get there. Also - you could make your own pancakes. There are a few recipes for this on the boards. I know what you're going through because I'm doing the same thing for my grandmother's Easter Brunch.
