This is embarrassing. My favorite main dishes are ones I have made a long time from Cooking Light or Gourmet. They are: peanutty noodles with chicken added. I can't find it on the index or search but I thought I posted it. I know I posted another one but that one is not as good as this one. Peking Chicken wraps with plum sauce Braised salmon with tomatoes and leeks*** hakka ginger chicken Tamara's pot pie Also we really like the sausage and veggie and rice skillet recipe!
For desserts though, I have tried and love a lot of other's recipes!!!
